HOW IT ALL BEGAN

Brown Sivota was born from a simple observation: Sivota had beauty, but it still didn't have a space that respected it with its architecture. A space that doesn't try to impress with size, but with feeling.

That's how we started. With an idea, a team of people who believe in detail and a deep connection to the land of Epirus. Today, this translates into a lodging experience that invites you to slow down.

We chose materials that are a pleasure to touch: stucco that keeps the humidity of the sea away, terrazzo that hides colors only when you look closely, wood that smells mildly.

We designed arches instead of angles, curves instead of lines, quietness instead of ostentation.

Brown Sivota consists of 16 rooms, spread over three buildings, organized around a common core: the swimming pool.
